Ponlo en Casa is obsessed with providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We do not directly or indirectly sell products of recognized or registered brands as authorized sellers, and we do not allow the owners of such brands to sell in our market due to the location where the business is carried out. Nor do we import or export products to the country where the Ponlo en Casa activity takes place.
Yes, we allow individuals and businesses that register with our store to offer the sale of branded products in our marketplace under certain restrictions. Since the people who register in our market to make sales are in a country with many economic restrictions, almost all the merchandise that may be for sale and that is of recognized brands is acquired in the respective brand stores, retail stores, third-party stores, clearance stores or gifts. 100% of these people do not exercise their function as authorized sellers, since all the products they try to sell may be for personal reasons and not as a business for profit. That said, no seller on our platform acts as an authorized seller because the volume of products offered for sale does not match that of an authorized reseller. However, there are certain regulations that restrict sellers how they sell name brand products.
Ponlo en Casa measure customer experience in a number of ways, delivery experience, price competitiveness, and selection coverage. Furthermore, we offer several tools and services to help you meet our standards and sell successfully in the Ponlo en Casa store.
If you cannot maintain our standards for customer experience, you might lose certain privileges associated with operating as a seller in the Ponlo en Casa store (including having your offers featured on product detail pages), or you might lose the opportunity to operate as a seller in the Ponlo en Casa store altogether.
